Michael began his career training in the foothills of the Alps in the Piedmonte region of Italy. Once he returned to Cleveland Ohio, he started his journey as an executive chef and eventually the owner of the prestigious Michaelangelo’s Ristorante in Cleveland’s historic Little Italy neighborhood. He has collected many accolades throughout the years including being named as one of the Best Chefs of America (bestchefsamerica.com) and is Zagat rated.
