Best Restaurant: Michaelangelo’s

Emily and Michael Annandono are no strangers to the Best of Big Sky roster, for good reason. The local haunt has been serving up delicious Italian cuisine in Meadow Village since 2016, and is backed by the owner/sibling duo’s background in the culinary arts; Michael trained in the Piedmont region of Italy and was named one of America’s best chefs by bestchefsamerica.com.

Michael Annandono, Michaelangelo's Owner and Executive Chef, was announced as a semifinalist in the 2023 Restaurant and Chef Awards — considered to be among the nation’s most prestigious honors.

Michaelangelo’s Ristorante Italiano

Siblings Emily and Michael Annandono have both worked in restaurants since they were 15. In 2006, they became the owners of a restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio’s Little Italy neighborhood called Michaelangelo’s Ristorante. On March 2, 2016, they opened a restaurant of that same name in Big Sky, Montana….
